sometimes,it comes to the point when everything seems boring to me and a lot of other people for sure. No friend to hung out with no money to go out and spend. Sitting in the room for hours and hours having nothing to do but listen to music. Last week I had one of those days until I came up with an idea to search online and try to find a recipe of some kind a food or desert that everyone will like and enjoy.We all know there is so many types of deserts that most people love but I decided to look for cake recipe since cake is that type of desert we see in every celebration like birthdays,wedding and other events. Also learning how to make cake is a very nice experience so I decided to bake a chocolate cake since everyone home likes especially my brother .

After checking online I found out that baking a cake is not hard or complex as I thought it would be. The only thing I needed was some time, which was fine with me since I had a plenty of time that day. At first I went to grocery store to get all the ingredients I needed to bake the cake such as eggs,butter,sugar,cocoa powder,and baking soda.On my way back home I remembered that we did not have a plane so I stopped one more time to get the pan. I did not mind going back and forth since I wanted to stay busy.








After hour and a half I reached home washed my hands and got ready to start it.I began by mix three spoons of melt butter with flour and cocoa powder then left the mixture on the side for a minute .On the other hand I mixed two eggs by using electric mixer.When the mixture became creamy I added the flour mixture that I had done at first .Next thing I did was stir them into a bowl and had the oven ready by preheating it to 350 degrees .I greased and floured the round pan then poured the mixture into it.Finally I put the cake mixture into the oven and left it for fifteen minutes to bake.While the cake was in the oven I cleaned the mess I had made in the kitchen,then I removed the pan from the oven and set it onto the cooling rack for ten minutes before I start the decoration .

The last step I had done before serving the cake was decorate it.At first I was confused about the type of cream I should pick to decorate my cake then I decided to cover the cake with icing cream with some strawberry since white and pink are my favorite colors. Icing cream is so easy to make .All I needed was to combine one and a half spoon of butter ,half spoon vanilla ,and 4 spoons of milk;then I stirred the mixture .When I finished making the icing cream I covered the cake with it then designed in a circle with fluffy whipped cream all around the cake and some strawberries spread in between .The cake looked amazing and delicious . Baking cake is a very nice experience that everyone should try to learn. Also using these steps can help anyone to make a very nice chocolate cake that all the family will like and enjoy All you need to bake a cake is some time and follow the steps in order to get a nice result.
